Dedicated Sternum Saw Attachment for SYSTEM 2000
The BJ2106 is a dedicated sternum saw attachment designed for the BOJIN SYSTEM 2000 multifunctional orthopedic power-tool platform. It provides a specific sawing function for procedures that require oscillating bone cutting.
Because the BJ2106 is an attachment rather than a complete standalone handpiece, it can share the SYSTEM 2000 power unit with other compatible surgical heads. This makes the system easier to configure when different procedures require different instrument functions.
Up to 15,000 Oscillations per Minute
The BJ2106 is specified with an oscillation range of 0-15,000 oscillations per minute and a power output of at least 90 W.
The high-frequency reciprocating movement is intended to provide the blade action required for efficient bone cutting. Actual cutting performance will depend on the selected blade, surgical technique and operating conditions.
Designed for Sternum Cutting
The primary application of the BJ2106 is sternum sawing. Its dedicated configuration allows the operating team to prepare a specific attachment when a sternum-cutting function is required.
This positioning makes the BJ2106 different from the drilling, reaming and cranial attachments within the SYSTEM 2000 range. Each attachment is intended to perform a particular surgical task.
Protector and Saw Blade Included
The listed BJ2106 configuration includes one protector and one WF3570.8B saw blade.
Including the basic blade and protective accessory with the attachment gives buyers a defined starting configuration. Additional accessories should be selected according to the intended procedure and the manufacturer's compatibility requirements.

Quick Cup-Link Connection
The SYSTEM 2000 uses a quick cup-link attachment mechanism. The BJ2106 can therefore be connected to the compatible handpiece as part of the modular setup.
For hospitals using several attachment types, a quick connection can make changing the surgical function more straightforward during equipment preparation.
360° Rotating Interface
The attachment interface supports 360° rotation, allowing the operator to adjust the working orientation before use.
This feature can be useful when the surgeon needs to establish a preferred blade direction or reposition the instrument according to the surgical approach.
Part of a Multi-Attachment Platform
The SYSTEM 2000 supports a range of interchangeable surgical functions. In addition to the BJ2106 sternum saw, the platform includes sagittal saw, bone drill, Small AO drill, cannulated drill, acetabulum reamer, cranial drill, cranial bur, reciprocating saw and pin-and-wire driver attachments.
This modular design allows one core handpiece to serve different procedural requirements when the appropriate attachment is selected.
