The handpiece is guaranteed for 2 years.
The battery and other fast-consumption items are guaranteed for 3 months.

If you need technical assistance regarding the use or application of this product, or if you encounter a problem that requires servicing or repair, contact your Bojin Sales Representative. Outside the P.R.C., contact your local Bojin Representative or your local Bojin Service Center.
Products returned for repair must have an authorized Service Request (S.R.) number prominently displayed on the box and included on all paperwork. Refer to this number if making inquiries about the repair status. Please call Bojin Customer Service and provide the following information to obtain an S.R. number prior to returning any product for repair:

1.Q: When do you ship?
A: In general, for small orders, we will ship within three days of placing the order. For large orders, we will ship within ten days after placing the order. For customized orders, it will take around 45-60 days.

A: Generally, we ship products via DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc. Of course, when the order is large, we can also find a freight forwarder to ship by sea or air. If you can find a freight forwarder yourself, we can also accept it.
