Cannulated Drilling for Orthopedic Fixation Procedures
The BJ2103 is a dedicated cannulated drill attachment for the BOJIN SYSTEM 2000 multifunctional orthopedic power-tool platform. It is intended for procedures where drilling is performed along a previously established guide or planned trajectory.
The cannulated format gives the attachment a different role from a standard bone drill. It is suited to workflows where maintaining the position of the guide during drilling is an important part of the procedure.
0-600 rpm With 4.5 N·m Torque
The BJ2103 is specified with an operating speed of 0-600 rpm and maximum torque of 4.5 N·m. This gives the attachment a relatively low-speed operating profile combined with substantial available driving force.
The combination can be useful when the surgeon prefers a slower, more deliberate drilling action during bone preparation. The final operating setting should be selected according to the procedure, accessory and applicable surgical technique.

A More Specialized Alternative to the Bone Drill
The SYSTEM 2000 also includes a conventional bone drill attachment. The BJ2103 serves a more specific purpose by providing a cannulated drilling function.

Quick Cup-Link Attachment System
The SYSTEM 2000 uses a quick cup-link attachment mechanism, allowing compatible surgical heads to be connected to the main handpiece.
For facilities using multiple attachments, this approach can reduce the need for a separate complete motor unit for every function and make the equipment setup easier to organize around each surgical case.
360° Rotating Connection
The SYSTEM 2000 attachment interface supports 360° rotation. This gives the user additional freedom to set the orientation of the drilling attachment before the procedure.
Being able to adjust the working direction can be useful when the approach to the surgical site differs from one case to another.
Battery-Powered Platform
The SYSTEM 2000 handpiece operates at 14.4 V and uses a 14.4 V, 1800 mAh NiMH battery. Two batteries are included in the listed standard handpiece configuration.
A battery-powered setup removes the need to work with a fixed power cable during use and gives the operator more flexibility when moving the handpiece around the operating field.
